Kids Yoga
Yoga is a great activity for kids of all ages! A Kids Yoga class has all the same components as a class for adults, it just looks (and sounds!) a bit different. Children get to practice finding their focus, build up strength and flexibility and their body awareness. They practice how to relax and learn how to breathe in different ways - and how the breath can help us change how we feel!​I teach Kids Yoga for all ages, from babies to teenagers.
I teach at yoga studios, preschools and daycares, after school programs and special events.
